Born in Montana; hunt in Montana
Section 1. Big game combination license. (1) Any person who is
not a resident, as defined in 87-2-102, may purchase a Class AAA
combination sports license if that person was born in Montana.
(2) The holder of a born-in-Montana license is
entitled to all the privileges of a Class B license, a Class B-1
license, a Class B-7 license, an elk tag, and a nonresident wildlife
conservation license.
(3) Application for a born-inMontana big game
combination license may be made at
any department regional office or at the department headquarters in
Helena. To qualify, the applicant shall present a valid birth
certificate to prove that the person was born in Montana.
Section 2. Codification instruction.
[Section 1] is intended to be codified as an integral part of Title 87,
chapter 2, part 5, and the provisions of Title 87, chapter 2, part 5,
apply to [section 1].
Section 3. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
