Materials
A 15" square of red plastic. This particular piece of plastic
comes from Pacific Steel, a vendor of steel products. These red
flags are provided to customers who need to use them to mark overlength
loads of steel products. Any steel products vendor will probably
have these flags and would likely give them free (a few at a time) to
needful college students.
Procedure
Tuck it into your belt where you would wear a holster. When your friends ask why, engage them in conversation.
